The Long Run

well this week/weekend was a long but good one!! Brett started off Tuesday playing acoustic in college station with Rich O'Toole for Rich's cd release.  Congrats Rich!!!!  Wednesday Brett, Andy, and myself headed to Ft. Worth to play acoustic with Josh Abbott and 8.0's  Had a good listening crowd and met some new friends!  Thursday the band finally came together and headed to Wichita Falls and played at Outskirts with Josh Abbott Band.......we ended up having TOOOO much fun!  the JAB and the BCB dont know when to call it quits and hit the bed!  Friday we drove down to Austin, aparently with everyone else in the state, and played midnight rodeo with Casey Donahew.  We had a great crowd there and saw some people we havnt seen in a while and met some new folks as well.  Saturday we played Bulls on the Beach on north padre island by corpus.  thanks to Danny Salinas for putting on a cool event and taking care of us.  Also, thanks to Jason Suthern for being so hospice to some new guys in his home town.  Jason is a country music singer from Corpus Chrisiti and a fun guy to hang out with! check out his myspace when you have a chance.
